Voice's Monday Morning Random Thoughts

I am having a blast putting together my Warhawk package on both my blog and Website.

The additions of HawkTube Video and Warhawk Football SmugMug Photo Gallery have been projects I have wanted to accomplish for the past five years. Finally it will happen this season!

HawkTube Video will allow me to produce video interviews, features, and more beginning with 2011 training camp.

I spent the weekend constructing my HawkTube Video home studio.

I had lunch Sunday with my daughter Kim and her family. Kim’s oldest daughter Jhanay will be doing “Hawk fan photos” this year at UW-Whitewater home football games. Her photos will be located in the Jay’s Faces in the Crowd folder.

I talked last week about the importance of you out in Warhawk Nation joining the Warhawk Quarterback Club. By joining you’ll receive a weekly E-Warhawk Football Newsletter To Join CLICK HERE

Just a reminder, official 2011 UW-Whitewater football apparel is now on sale. For a complete on-line catalog of Hawk apparel through Gerry Davis Sports ">CLICK HERE

Official Warhawk home football jerseys (virtually identical to actual jerseys) now on sale through Milwaukee Sporting Goods. To order or for more information CLICK HERE

Walmart in Whitewater also has a large grouping of NCAA licensed Warhawk clothing. Check it out!

By the way, the Voiceseyeonfootball.blogspot.com Reader’s Poll question asking which color home jersey do you prefer – Purple or Black? Black drew 60 % of the vote – Purple 40% of the vote.

The current Reader’s Poll now on line asks your response on the following question: How do you rate the Milwaukee and Madison newspaper and TV coverage of regular season UW-Whitewater home football games? The answers to choose from include: Outstanding, Satisfactory, Poor, Insulting, No Reaction. VOTE NOW

Finally – the Cure 54 Fundraiser for former Warhawk linebacker Art Gutierrez who is currently battling stage 3 colo-rectal cancer is coming up this Friday evening at the New Ale House in New Berlin. The Cure 54 Foundation has developed a great list of raffle and auction items and I sure hope you will be at Friday evening’s event.

Once a Warhawk, Always a Warhawk! Have a great week everybody!
